About Space Coast Elite Entertainment

Space Coast Elite Entertainment (SCEE) is a Space Coast–based entertainment company built around creating unforgettable experiences and meaningful community connections. We provide professional entertainment of all varieties for bars, restaurants, weddings, and private events—while also creating opportunities for local talent to perform, be seen, and grow.

Beyond entertainment, we use our platform and community reach to make a positive impact across Florida’s Space Coast. Through our philanthropic initiatives, projects like Space Coast Idol, and partnerships with local nonprofits, SCEE is committed to giving back, supporting our community, and using entertainment to bring people together for something bigger.

Space Coast Early Steps

Space Coast Early Steps provides services to infants and toddlers, birth to age three, with development disabilities or delays. We help families build upon their child’s individual strengths and provide support to meet the child’s unique needs. Services are designed to support children in their communities, where they live, learn and play.

Audition FAQ’s
June 28th 6:00pm
Gatherings at Southern Charm

  • Auditions start at 6pm
    doors will be open at 5:30PM that day.
    auditions should conclude by 10PM

    Upon arrival, each audition participant will:

    • Complete a short registration/check-in form

    • Receive an official audition number

    • Sign all required participation and media release forms

    Once checked in, contestants will be asked to remain seated quietly until their audition number is called.

    Each performer may bring one guest to attend and watch their audition.

  • Auditions will take place in an open performance setting with fellow audition participants present.

    When your number is called, you will approach the stage and begin your audition.

    Before singing, our audition panel may ask a few brief standard questions, including topics such as:

    • Your musical/performance background

    • Why you wanted to audition

    • What inspired you to participate

    Please note: The audition judges may not be the same judges featured at Finals Night.

    After introductions, you will perform one song. (limited to 3-5 minutes)

  • Contestants may perform:

    • A cappella, or

    • With a karaoke/backing track only

    For auditions:

    • Original songs will not be accepted

    • Contestants may select a karaoke track from our available library

    • OR provide their own track in MP3 format on a USB flash drive

    • Know lyrics from memory

    • Be performance-ready

    • Treat the audition like a live stage performance
      Professional microphones and high-quality sound will be provided.

      After performing, contestants are welcome to:

      • Stay and watch remaining auditions, or

      • Leave at their discretion

  • To audition for Space Coast Idol, contestants must:

    • Live in or be originally from the Space Coast area, including:

      • Brevard County

      • Orange County

      • Indian River County

      • New Smyrna / Volusia County

    Contestants under 18 are welcome to audition with parent or legal guardian consent.

    Parental consent forms will be available at auditions.

  • From all audition participants, 12 finalists will be selected to move on to Finals Night.

    Contestants will be evaluated on:

    • Vocal ability

    • Stage presence

    • Personality / audience connection

    • Overall marketability

    Our goal is to showcase the strongest vocal talent and standout performers from across the Space Coast community.

  • All contestants must sign a release allowing Space Coast Idol and Space Coast Elite Entertainment to use:

    • Photos

    • Video

    • Audio

    • Promotional media captured during auditions and Finals Night

    This may be used for livestreams, advertising, social media, promotional materials, and event coverage.

  • Drinks will be available for purchase during auditions, including:

    • Alcoholic beverages

    • Non-alcoholic beverages

    Complimentary water will also be available.

    there will be no food available so please bring a snack or eat prior to arriving.

  • At this time there are no plans for alternative audition methods or alternative dates.

    we plan to put on this event annually and will explore theses options for future events.
