Karaoke Details and rules
First-Come, First-Served Basis
Singers are added to the queue in the order they sign up. This ensures everyone gets a fair chance to perform. If you’d like a good spot in the lineup, we encourage you to arrive early, as the queue can fill up quickly.New Singers Welcome Anytime
New singers can join the queue at any time. We’ll work you into the rotation as soon as possible, but please note that you will be added to the bottom of the current list to maintain fairness.Supporting All Talent Levels
We promote and encourage singers of all skill levels and varieties. Whether you’re a seasoned pro or trying karaoke for the first time, everyone is welcome. Negative behavior towards any singer will not be tolerated.Massive Song Library
With over 400,000 tracks in our library, and new or requested songs added regularly, you’re sure to find something you love. If we don’t have your song, let us know using the form at the bottom of this page and we’ll do our best to add it for future events when we update our library. We will no longer be guaranteeing “real time” downloads of new tracks.Content Consideration
Depending on the venue or crowd, certain songs (especially those with explicit content) may not be suitable for performance. Please check with the host if you’re unsure.Duet Guidelines
Duets count as a turn for one of the singers in the rotation. Once the duet is performed, the other singer will return to their original spot in the queue for their next turn.No Song Repeats
If a song has already been performed by a guest earlier in the evening, it cannot be sung again unless that guest gives permission or has left for the night.Fast Pass for Merch Wearers and Philanthropy Donators
If you’re wearing Space Coast Elite Entertainment merchandise (shirts, hats, etc.) or you donate to our monthly philanthropy initiative, you may skip to the front of the line once per night. Just let the host know when you want to use your fast pass!Continuous Rotation
We will keep your name in the rotation until you tell the host to remove it or you leave the venue. This applies even if you haven’t submitted a song request yet—your spot is reserved.Host’s Discretion
The host is responsible for keeping the rotation fair and running smoothly. While adjustments to the lineup are rare, the host may make occasional changes to ensure fairness or manage time constraints. These changes are never guaranteed or promised.Tipping
Tips are always appreciated but do not necessarily affect the singer rotation or song selection process. Your generosity helps us continue bringing you fun karaoke nights!Removal from Rotation
We reserve the right to remove anyone from the rotation without notice, especially if they are overly intoxicated, posing a danger to themselves or others, damaging equipment, or displaying rudeness to performers (e.g., booing).Responsiveness
If your name is called and you fail to come forward within a reasonable time, we will remove you from the queue, and you will have to rejoin again and be added to the end.Regulars
Never assume you are in rotation, even if you’re a regular. Always check with the host to confirm your place in the queue.Busy Night Expectations
Every effort will be made to move through the queue as fast as possible. On busy nights, it’s not uncommon for rotations to take 1-2 hours or longer. We encourage you to enjoy the performances of other singers, your drinks and vibe with friends and other guests while you wait your turn. Thank you for your patience.
